Shift Track is a flexible
The owner/super admin has the authority to make changes across the system. They can control all companies listed in the product.
From the permission dropdown, companies and their details will be shown. Controllers can change permissions, emails, passwords, or delete the company if needed.

About Us
Shift Track is a super flexible, powerful, clean & modern tracking system for employees working in the field. In this product, there are three different user roles, each playing a crucial role in our system.
Services
Manage Clients
To add a client, the company must fill in the required details. The new client is then added to the system, and a list of all clients will be shown for reference.
Manage Shifts
The Shift List shows all sites, dates, and filters. It displays total hours worked, charge rates, and total pay, helping to manage shift details efficiently.
Manage Sites
To add a new site, go to the 'Add' tab. Fill in the site name, client name, charge rate, address, city, and postal code. Save the changes when done.
Manage Officers
A small river called Duden runs near their location. This river flows through the area and provides water. It's an important natural resource for the surroundings.
Maintain History
We will keep a history of any record changes. This history will be available for shifts, sites, clients, subcontractors, and staff.
SIA Check
The company can verify a site's license by entering a valid SIA number, ensuring it meets official regulations.
Banned Staff
Add new columns to Findmyshift's database to make it easier to sort and filter your data in ways that suit your organization.
Recycle Bin
Add a Recycle Bin to ShiftTrack for storing deleted shifts temporarily. Include options to restore or permanently delete, set a retention period, and notify users.

2 – Factor Authentication
When the owner/ super admin wants to add new company, so by default ‘Enable 2-factor’ will be shown. To enable this, first scan the QR code, the email will saved in Authentication app. After that 6-digits code will appear with email through authentication app. When he enter 6-digits code and the code matched then 2-factor authentication will be enabled. By doing that company will be allowed to log in with their credentials and he also need to ask 6-digits code from owner as well.
Permission
In permission dropdown, the listed companies and their details will be shown. They have further actions including permissions, change email or password and delete the company.
