The owner/super admin has the authority to make changes across the system. They can control all companies listed in the product.

From the permission dropdown, companies and their details will be shown. Controllers can change permissions, emails, passwords, or delete the company if needed.

• The owner has the right to add, read, update, or delete companies.
• Enable or disable 2-factor authentication.
• Log out all system users across listed companies.
• Change the email or password for any company.
• View details of all controllers for a specific company, including names, emails, and phone numbers.

2 – Factor Authentication

When the owner/ super admin wants to add new company, so by default ‘Enable 2-factor’ will be shown. To enable this, first scan the QR code, the email will saved in Authentication app. After that 6-digits code will appear with email through authentication app. When he enter 6-digits code and the code matched then 2-factor authentication will be enabled. By doing that company will be allowed to log in with their credentials and he also need to ask 6-digits code from owner as well.

Permission

In the permissions dropdown, a list of companies along with their details will be displayed. For each company, you can manage user permissions, modify email addresses or passwords, and delete the company if required. This enables efficient control over access levels and account settings for each company.

Analytics

In ShiftsTrack, analytics refers to the use of data-driven insights to enhance workforce management. By analyzing workforce data, ShiftsTrack helps businesses optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and productivity. This can include real-time monitoring of employee performance, tracking attendance patterns, and forecasting staffing needs based on historical data.

Check distance

"Check distance" typically refers to determining or calculating the physical distance between two points. This concept is used in various contexts such as mapping, navigation, and sports to measure how far two locations or objects are from one another. Methods for checking distance can include using digital tools (e.g., GPS systems, online maps) or manual calculations based on known distances, like on a printed map or in a geographic coordinate system.
